  Slowest Taco Bell in history. Never get my order right. Last 4 times I got the cantina chicken bowl. First time no guacamole on it. Second time no black beans in it. 3rd time no guacamole. 4 th time. Hi yeah every time I get the Cantina chicken bowl you guys are out of different ingredients each time. But they never tell you ahead of time. They slop whatever together and pass it on. Do you have everything to make it tonight. Yes mam we do. Ok I will take that but instead of the shredded chicken. I would like that with the roasted chicken chunks. Get home has extremely hard crispy fried chicken tenders in it. Instead of the roasted chunk chicken. I just don’t understand why this place is so incompetent. And btw the fried chicken was so soaked in grease and dried out. It wasn’t edible to begin with or I would of probably just let it go for a 4th time. Enough is enough get it together or close the doors.

  Workers were more concerned with talking to each other and being in their phones than being good employees. They were condescending and rude rushing you when there was nobody around.

  Let me take you on my wild ride…I waited 10+ min in the drive thru . They didn't have Baja blast, no mt dew and the sprite tasted awful. They handed me a bag of food that wasn’t mine. I got on the freeway going 71 south and if you know this area the next exit is a long way away. It took me almost 20 min from leaving TB to get back there. I pulled up to the speaker and told them they gave me the wrong order and was told to pull up to the window. I waited ANOTHER 15 MIN to get to the window to be told their fryers went down 20 minutes ago and they couldn’t make my food. Why didn’t you tell me that at the speaker??? I ordered on the app so they couldn’t give me my money back. I was out my money, sooo much of my time and still hungry! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

  Took 20 minutes to even order them they were out of everything I tried to order. Only told me this after I paid, I should have just went to Chipotle.

  No one greated us when we came in. The trash can by the napkins was shoved plumb full. The cans by both exits were to the tops but a person could shove more in. The staff... 2 employees made eye contact didnt say a word. A 3rd I asked if the air was on or the heat was broken. this response im not sure I only work here.... So after cleaning a place to eat my husband and I sit down. My food is not correct. I try to just eat it. Then discover its lacking things it should have and has things it should not! i walk up to the counter and kindly say excuse me can I see the manager. The young man who brought our food to the counter and auctioned it off (there were 3 ppl including myself.) Didn't make eye contact t walks away said you get your drink yet. My husband says No. Youre the 1st person to come to the counter. He goes to the back and next the gentleman that just works here comes up asks what he can do to help. I said are you the manager he says no. I reply id like that manager. The gentlemen walks up. He addressed the issue he was very polite and apologized for things offered coupons and I stated I had enough of those we wont use them. He graciously refunded my order and made my food right himself. He also addressed the the tempature. He seemed upset his staff dismissed my concerns about the restraint and tried to correct it. For this I have given more stars than initially Have anticipated.With out Justin's help and sincerity it would he 1s across the board.
