  2nd time I went there and they severely messed up my order it’s almost like they don’t care at this point. The first time they messed it up they were busy and I let it slide but this time they weren’t busy and not only messed up the order completely but didn’t give any sauces that we paid extra for. My guess is it’s young kids that just don’t care. But it suck’s cause the food is good and we love Donatos but it seems like staff has no care for the customers and the product they are putting out. They are just fulfilling orders to collect a check and make it to the end of the day wether the order is right or wrong.

  Can't really review the food because go to call an order in and the automated system is horrible. So never are from this donatos and never will. Pick up the phone and take an order

  I made an online order which is always easy to do. The delivery time was early like normal. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I don’t normally leave reviews, but ordered a sub with no tomato and extra lettuce. I got tomato and barely lettuce. On the pizza, I ordered extra mushrooms, barely any on it which it’s a classic trio that has mushrooms and asked for extra/ charged for it. Very happy the pizza doesn’t have a soupy texture anymore!
