  This DQ is the worst! We waited 10 minutes at the speaker to order b4 they told us to wait to order. Then waited another 7 minutes to finally place the order. We pulled around after ordering w 3 cars ahead. Waited another 5 minutes and left the line. We went next door to TB got our order and sat in Kroger parking lot to eat our food watching all 3 cars in front of us in your drive thru pull around and go inside to collect their orders. The person taking the orders to begin with is very hard to understand. Now there are 3 employees smoking out the back door! I have been to this location previously, it took quite a bit of time but today was completely unacceptable! We will not be returning

  I have only ever ordered ice cream here and it is fine but the service is horrendous. I have been standing at the cash register waiting for up to 5 minutes with workers in the back just standing there ignoring me and nobody to take my order.

  Don’t come waste your time or money!!! The last few times I’ve went in I had to wait to get my order taken then wait about 10 minutes on food for there have been at most 2 to 3 people running the store. 2 people can’t run a fast food place on their own especially when it’s busy these poor kids were running everywhere. Management GET BETTER for your poor staff and all your paying customers.
