  This Chipotle location is consistently disappointing. Online pickup orders routinely take 30–60 minutes, and our orders are frequently incorrect. On our most recent visit, we waited 35 minutes for two burritos only to receive cold food and the wrong order. Because the store was only accepting digital orders at the time, there was no way to have the mistake corrected. What’s equally concerning is the cleanliness. On multiple visits there has been dropped and old food visible around the prep line and kitchen area, which does not inspire confidence in sanitation standards. This is the closest Chipotle, but after many visits the same issues persist regardless of the day or time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. Nearby restaurants provide far better service, accuracy, and cleanliness.

  This is day one of me writing a bad review until these guys can memorize my name and stop giving me shitty food. I live not too far from this chipotle and it’s the only one closest to me. The staff is just always rushing. My food is never how it is supposed to be I am very annoyed and bothered. Imagine working a 18 hour shift and you want some food on the way home and these guys just straight up trash that shit. I am not okay I am annoyed and highly bothered, disappointed. And then chipotle doesn’t even give a refund. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh

  We ordered an online order for the pick up lane. When we got home. Our kids quesadilla had virtually no cheese and was just a toasted tortilla. I got a chicken salad bowl and the chicken was under cooked and certain pieces were incredibly pink and cold. My son’s bowl was supposed to have extra sour cream and they put barely any sour cream and what looked like two huge handfuls of cheese with barley any meat. My husband’s bowl was supposed to have double chicken and had barely half a regular serving of chicken. My husband drove all the way back to the restaurant and the manager was incredibly rude. He wouldn’t help him or give him his name. He said “my name is right here” pointed to his chipotle badge that didn’t show his name and then said “I’m not giving you my name” my husband asked for a contact number because we tried calling prior to him driving there and he wouldn’t give him that either. It’s really sad how down hill this location has gone. We have had a bad experience more than once as of late. Our meal was over $40 and for it be this awful is disappointing and for them not to want to make it right is even more disappointing. We will not be going back and would highly recommend skipping over this location.

  Dine in was closed again today. Hundreds of people walk up to the door every day and turn around. The store has been online orders only for 3-4 weeks now. Just close the dang store already. This has continued to be the worst chipotle I’ve been to in Ohio for 3 years. Agape next door is great! And they are capable of keeping the store open on a regular basis!

  I really try to give this Chipotle location a chance, but it’s becoming too much. They are closed way too often during normal business hours, and on days like today, they’re only taking mobile orders. I wouldn’t mind that, except I’m paying for extra add-ons and they’re out of what I paid for on the mobile app—and there’s no refund or adjustment. It’s frustrating because this isn’t a one-time issue. This particular location is always out of something, whether it’s proteins, rice, basic toppings, you name it. I hate leaving a negative review, but the inconsistency and inconvenience here are unreal. Definitely hoping management gets things together.
