Just came home with an order. Had 3 quesadillas inside of it. All three were cold raw cheese.
Our root beer was slightly brown soda water.
And we were missing our chips.
Normally I wouldn’t even say anything. I just be a baby about it at home. Except this is maybe the 5th time in the last 6 months that this type of incident has happened.
Notably always undercooked rice. Typically missing items. Almost every time we order. After reading other reviews, I’m sad it took me so long to speak up.

"Honestly, a very disappointing experience. I ordered online specifically to grab and go, but they forgot the salad dressing in the bag. I had to park and go inside to get it, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I got to the counter, the employee just stared at me blankly—no greeting, nothing. I actually had to ask him for the dressing twice before he finally reacted. To top it off, when we finally opened our food, the portion sizes were noticeably small and missing things we ordered on them as well. My bowl was barely filled, and they skimped on my burrito too. Definitely not worth the hassle or the price today."

Ordered a few times on the app to pick up in the "chipotlane" and have consistently gotten drastically smaller portions sizes. Even after selecting extra rice, I can still see the bottom of the bowl. Ordering in the store seems to yield slightly larger portions, but still small for chipotle standards.

Worst Chipotle ever visited. Out of most food items, should’ve left instead of waiting. Food was so salty it was barely edible. Napkins and forks were empty and not refilled when staff was told. Trash cans over flowing. Waste of money spent.

I ordered a protein bowl with double chicken, black beans, rice, and lettuce. I’ve gotten this same order at other Chipotle locations plenty of times, so I know what it’s supposed to look like — and this wasn’t it. For $14, the portion I received was way off, especially for double chicken.
The pickup process was just as frustrating. My online order said it would be ready at 7:30. I showed up at 7:35, and there wasn’t a single bag on the pickup rack. I stood there under the pickup sign for about ten minutes while at least eight employees made eye contact with me, and not one person asked if I’d been helped. Finally, one guy coming from the back — looked like he was heading to a break — stopped to check on me. He was kind and respectful, and I appreciated that. But by the time I actually got my food, it was cold.
If the app says an order will be ready at 7:30, I should be able to walk in, grab my bag, and leave by 7:30 — not wait around while no one acknowledges me.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience compared to every other Chipotle I’ve been to. Hopefully management steps in and gets this location back to the level of service and quality people expect from Chipotle
