But they didn't have chicken they didn't have tortillas so I was limited to what I could order. That is the only reason for four star service. As far as The atmosphere it's Chipotle. Definitely not a very pleasurable place to eat for everyone. And I'm not sure why but I always order the same thing the first time I ever go to multiple franchises to compare. In this Chipotle charge me 6 more dollars than any of the other ones?So food wise this one will beat my Mount Vernon Chipotle definitely beats pataskala at i-70s Chipotle... I already forgot about my review on Springfield Chipotle😆 ♥️🇺🇸🎉🎊🥳

If you are consistently out of rice and lettuce, at chipotle, by 5pm on a weekday… then you are not fit to manage any restaurant. Be better or find leadership who can be.

Consistently a let down every visit from closing doors early, not being staffed and/or digital ordering only, constant missing ingredients and usually a mess in the dining room. Negatively impacting view of the brand for those that are nearby.

They said it would be no problem and they appreciated the heads up. The next day our bus pulled in, we get out and they put a sign on the door saying lobby temporarily closed. They were still taking orders online and drive through. We walked up to the drive through window and explained what we were told and pretty much they told us they wouldn’t be accommodating us. Why tell us you could accommodate us with no issues then pull something like that. So, ultimately 50 people went else where. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
