  Yesterday I attempted to take my family to this Wendy's for lunch. When we entered the store, a worker was putting a 10 piece nugget and fry on a tray, but had no idea who it was going to. No one was standing waiting for food. She started to take my order. Since we have a 10 piece meal on our order, she was going to give the random meal to us. She really struggled to even get through part of our order. She stated she had zero training on the front register and had never taken an order before. She really did try. She vocalized a need for help several times towards other workers, but was never given it. She did not know even what several basic items were. Eventually she added a wrong item, so she needed the manager at that point. The manager finally came over, upset over being needed. She took her headset off and threw it across the counter in my general direction. It bounced off the front counter and landed next to me. She did not apologize. At this point, I announced to my family that we were leaving, and I stated that it was inappropriate to throw the headset in the direction of a customer and that the employee needed more leadership and training direction. The manager then cussed me and my husband out. The employee also took the food that was on the tray on the counter for several minutes and put it back with the rest of the fresh food.

  OK, I gave this place a couple chances, but no more going to this store. I have gone here before and they took forever to get an order out to me. I stopped going for months and figured I would try again... Yesterday a 10 minute wait (after ordering) and today was 20 minutes (from the time I walked in, ordered to go, and got back to my truck). And then I get back to work with my lunch, and found out zero napkins. I wont be going back to this store. To many times of waiting forever.

  This is by far one of the nicest fast food locations across the area. The service is amazing, the employees I am faced with always go above and beyond and I am treated very well here. It is also very speedy and the food always comes out great. My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer so we could reasonably come more often!

  This is arguably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen in my life. The dining room is open maybe half the time. The drive thru always makes you wait when nobody else is there. Sure staffing may be an issue but it’s been bad for over a year now. It’s ridiculous and the place is absolutely filthy. This place should just close. It’s awful.

  Horrible......ordered my food brought it home and not only was it cold but it was put together like garbage. For the price they charge you would think they would take a little more care. I will never eat at Wendy's again as this is not the first time. This is a big bacon classic......ewwww I didn't even eat my food also when did they start using shredded lettuce?
