They were smaller than expected but they did give you two. The drinks were nice and very tasty 😋 The waitress is very engaging. One thing that was weird was the floor was kind of slippery my wife almost fell coming out of the bathroom and I almost slipped leaving. The salad was good but I honestly believe I had the wrong one.

Upon reaching out to the restaurant, the general manager Elisha responded and they apologized about the experience and offered to send me some gift cards to make up for the experience. This was on Feb 3rd. A week passed and on Feb 9th I emailed Elisha asking how they sent the gift cards (FedEx or USPS) and I received no response. Here we are now February 19th and not a gift card in sight and no response from Elisha. Horrible execution of service recovery from the manager.

- MCMr ChrisFeb 14, 20261.0I understand it’s Valentine’s Day and it’s going to be busy, be JFC. I asked for no pink in my burger, it was so pink in the center that the meat was still cold. The fries were way over seasoned to where I couldn’t even eat them. Outback has severely gone downhill.
