  The managers are excellent, friendly, and kind, and the workers are hard workers. If it's not made right for you, they will make it right without complaining. Usually, all the time, it's made right, though. This is my favorite Dunkin'. If I have cash on hand I always try to give a tip they deserve it

  This location needs an attitude adjustment with some of their employees. I ordered my food and coffee on the app to pick up in store on my way to work, I placed the order at 9:02am and got there around 9:15 and my stuff was still not ready. I waited another 15 minutes for them to get my order made. 30 minutes of waiting. There was also a little girl (maybe 8-9 years old if I had to assume) waiting for her online order also. She was there before me. Her mom was out in the car waiting. After another few minutes of her not getting her order (if I heard correctly, she was waiting for almost 30 minutes also) she ran out the store to her mom in the car and started crying that her food still wasn’t ready so her mom came in and asked them to give her the food as they placed the order at 8:32am and it was now 9:20am and it still wasn’t ready. One employee basically threw the bag at the mom and after the mom left that same employee was mocking the mom & the kid and was saying ignorant things like “can’t you see we’re busy?”. I remembered why I don’t like to go to this location anymore. The customer service sucks. I get you’re busy but there’s 10 employees working, there’s no need for it to take 30 minutes to get a simple coffee or a donut, especially when you order online ahead of time. There should be a person working the mobile orders and somebody working the drive thru orders. There’s just no need to be waiting that long. And we all have our moments in retail/fast food where we talk about customers however you don’t do it in front of 50 other people standing there waiting for their orders. You vent in the back room where no one can hear you. Just some wise advice :)

  As the last reviews point out, worker was motionless. We came in around 3 pm in October 19th, 2025. One person was sitting in the dining room, it wasn't busy. The rest of the tables were filthy dirty. Also heard lots of loud joking in the back kitchen. Very unprofessional Dunkin. No reason for the tables to be dirty when there is hardly anyone there.
