  Its the Strongsville dd next to Mallys chocolate. I ordered a large Almond Matcha with no ice. They gave me the protein drink with room for a cup of ice since I didn't want ice. I say They because the crew said it was that much room because I didn't want ice. Some big tall girl popped up and I got you and took the cup back. She returned the cup back to with the empty space for the ice filled with water. I realized it wasn't sweet at all but I had to go to work. Her coworker just laughed as the girl handed me the drink. This happened at the drive thru. Now I have to go in and watch them make my order. Note: I'm just assuming that it was water added because it wasn't sweet at at and tasted water down. I'm just saying when I order this drink at the other dd, there's np. They offer whipped cream

  I stopped at Dunkin on a very cold day because I needed something warm. Kailee took care of me, and was so pleasant! Between the delicious hot latte, and Kailee's beautiful smile, I definitely received the warmth I needed! So thankful for pleasant service!

  After a doordasher messaged me this location had no large cups and i kept getting assigned new dashers i called the store. Getting a giggling child on the phone who went between having no large cups to being completely out of any iced coffee products to sell me, as she laughed with her male coworker. I had to cancel my order and with assistance through doordash order through another location. I used to purchase 4 large icced coffees every other day through that store. Im glad to know how unqualified they really are to be toching food and drinks, and give my business to a store more qualified. Beware buyers its kindergarten there. Don't trust this location for quality or safe products.

  Very unsatisfied. Prior to arriving, I used the app to transfer my points for a free drink any size. I wanted to get a large coffee, hash browns, and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. I couldn't get any of those. They were out of large cups, hash browns, and sourdough. I already used my points for the free drink so I had to still get a drink, just medium so I was losing out on the deal and 950 points I saved up. I got my sandwich on a croissant but it looked like someone smashed it. In addition, they put way too much of the jam on it so it was a flat soggy mess. It was inedible and sadly I had to throw it away😭. I don't usually go to dunkin but this was a good reminder to not return. I will say that the staff was very nice and greeted me with a smile. But also when they were telling me that everything was out, they did not seem concerned. Almost like it was a regular thing.
