The order was not fulfilled at the time it was supposed to be delivered, which means 60 people had to wait and find other options to eat. Our team was truly counting on this especially on a Saturday shift. We will not be purchasing from this location. This is the 3rd time this has happen. Very poor service and hard to get in contact. It's not worth ordering from here.

I placed an online order around 7:30 PM and went to collect it at approximately 8:30 PM. Although the store’s listed closing time is 11:00 PM, the location was already closed while still accepting online orders. I contacted customer service and was informed that a refund would be issued within a couple of days. However, even after two weeks, I did not receive the refund. I then visited the store in person to inquire about the issue, but the staff member was extremely rude, said they did not have time to discuss it, and refused to provide any assistance or refund. Due to time constraints, I chose not to pursue the matter further and considered the amount lost. However, I strongly believe this location should not continue accepting online orders when the store is closed, as this is misleading and unfair to customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the refund process and customer service standards to prevent similar experiences for others

When I went to the Strongsville shop to check the status, they told me my order was cancelled due to duplicate order, but no one notified me. No text or call about order cancellation. What a poor service. When I talked to the person, his response was so robotic. He was keep repeating only one thing that duplicate orders would cancel itself, its new update in system. But when I ask, shouldn’t I get some automatic response from system that my order has been cancelled, so I would not have wasted my time. he was just keep repeating about update and he said that doesn’t matter how many time I ask him for explanation, he would repeat the update story again. Ridiculous robotic stafff.
