- KKKirstinJul 17, 20252.0My husband and I really like soft serve ice cream and used to like this location in the mall but last few times we went, the staff obviously didn't want to be there and their attitudes reflected that. In addition, the last time we were there, we rushed up the escalator to get there before it closed and had more than 10 minutes to spare and they told us no, they were closed. The employee even proceeded to give us the "finger-across-the-neck" signal, just to really bring it home they weren't going to help us. I understand a restaurant not wanting someone 10 minutes before close because they have to cook a whole meal but this is just putting soft serve in a cup, the employees just didn't want to do it. It was really disappointing.
