    The service was god awful I hate coming to this location because it disappoints me every time. Very lazy workers especially in the front. Worker refused to help and is playing on phone.

    Recently my wife ordered the Build Your Own Chipotle meal from the Chipotle in Strongsville, Ohio. When we went to pick it up we stood there for a bit until a worker finally asked what we needed, we told her we were there to pick up our online order, she looked at us kind of weird, then walked away and when she finally did come back to us a few minutes later she told us that they gave it to someone else. How is that possible? Don't they check names and order numbers? She was not very apologetic and we had to stand around for 20 minutes while they made us another one. What's the purpose of placing an order for pickup if we need to stand and wait for it to be made? I sent a compaint in about it and when I got a response I was asked for our order number and receipt. I provided those and never heard back. I even sent a follow up email and nothing. I'm glad they take these things so seriously. We won't be back to that restaurant. Do better Chipotle.

    Chipotle has completely fallen off. I asked for double meat, was given what was clearly a single portion, and then was charged for double anyway. When I pointed it out, the staff refused to add more meat. Even the manager admitted there wasn’t enough meat, yet all they added was two tiny pieces that made absolutely no difference. At that point it felt insulting. Paying extra for “double” and getting less than standard is unacceptable. Portions are inconsistent, prices are up, and customer service is clearly no longer a priority. This used to be a reliable spot — now it’s just overpriced and disappointing. Won’t be coming back if this is the new normal.
