Fettuccine over cooked and sticking together. Food was cold and dry. Server came back 2 times. We had to ask for plates to eat our cold dinner. We had to send the salad back because they put dressing on it and we asked for it on the side. Got the bill and 2 sodas were on the bill when we only drank one. It had been a long time since I had been here and it's going to be a long time s8nce I come back. Paying 60 bucks for 2 people to have shitty food and shitty service. I might as well go to McDonald's.

Great service from the moment you walk in. The food was delicious and plenty to share or take home. We usually skip dessert but glad we didn’t skip ordering it here. The prices of dishes may be off putting to some, but you are getting way more than one serving.

Food is a waste of money and absolutely disgusting. I spent $251.00. Last night on a party of ten the only thing that was good was the salad. All of the food we have was flavorless. And not good at all. They should be ashamed of themselves. For serving food like this plus when you go into the bathrooms, there is dirt filth black mold all around the water faucets. The place needs a serious deep cleaning, and you need to hire new chefs. Slash cooks. I just can't get over how bad the food is here.

My mom decided to do carry out for my bday 12/25 and it was not what we expected.. the bill was over the top for the food we got and the food was just ok.. we got 1 roll (which I hope was a mistake but not sure) we got the chicken parm 3 pieces and we had to split it because that portion was a lot smaller than expected it would feed 2-3 not 3-4 people.. we got the baked ziti with no sauce completely dry and was also a small portion.. luckily we got the meatballs which were a decent size and they were ok .. and the salad we got just looked like it was grocery bought with nothing in it just lettuce.. this was not worth 130$ we used to go to the restaurant every Christmas but started to notice the prices going up and the portions went down and this was the last time we will go in or order carry out form buca.. we will find another place for my bday. I would say just beware of the prices and portions sadly it is no longer worth it .. and my mom would like a refund, will see if that is possible

We ordered a Salad, and a Margherita Pizza. The salad was soggy from the dressing or just old warm salad, the pizza had so much sauce on it the cheese wasn't even close to being melted, and was cold, we ate 2 small end pieces after shaking the sauce off and reapplying the cheese. We waited over 10 min for our waitress to buzz past the table and ask how everything was, we asked to have a new pizza made but with way less sauce. After 25-30 min she brought out our new pizza. It had more sauce than the 1st pizza did as well as ana thick layer of flour on the bottom so when you tried to take a bite of it you had to wipe the flour off your lips, after another 10 mins the waitress re appeared and asked how it was, I asked to have the pizza taken off the bill. I expected for the manager to come out and at least talk to us, unfortunately that never happened. $21 for a pizza that only has 6 small squares is insane to me. Totinoes frozen pizza is better. Total time at the restaurant 1hr 25 min I had 1 refill on my water. It could of been an off night because they do have a pretty good rating but not sure I want to spend another $60-$70 to find out.
