Such a terrible spot to put a dunkin’ donuts. They should’ve started their drive thru line in the back left side towards the back of the building. Their drive thru line causes SO much traffic on Royalton Road, it’s very frustrating and a hazard!!

I have been a loyal Dunkin girl for over 15 years. They are all honestly going down hill. I stopped here on Sunday and the man with the accent used to be pretty pleasant, he is now irritated by everything and rolls his eyes when asked for something I PAID for. Not an extra, not a favor. Something that was on my order. If I pay for cold foam I expect the person making my drink to put it on the coffee. I order this all of the time and literally no one reads the labels. It’s always the cold foam. Is it to save a couple cents? Because I always get free whipped cream when I ask for it. But never the cold foam that is extra. I usually read the label, if it says it on there I know I’m paying for it, so I ask for it to be on there. If it’s not printed, I let it go. So today when I asked for the cold foam before it even left the window, she put the nozzle of the cold foam in the mouth part and it got all over the top and close to none in the cup. This is unacceptable. I’m super disappointed in this Dunkin. I have worked in customer service for 15 years. I always treat my customers as if they were my brother, mom, grandma. Honestly I’ll pay double at Starbucks at this point for good customer service and the right order.

My son and I stopped here after our dentist appointment in North Royalton. It was a cold frigid night. I got a coffee and asked if they had any donuts left. We just wanted two donuts. They said only “old fashioned” donuts? I could barely hear the guy. The donuts were literally two stale nothing on the donuts. No frosting or glaze and extremely stale donuts! At that point just say we don’t have any donuts available. No napkins nothing. I even gave a tip to be kind. I’ll never go back. Do better.

I ordered a donut online later in the evening for my son as a reward. I stopped in and they were out of everything. When I stated I ordered and paid online the employee at the counter just shrugged and turned around. Another employee tried to help but I just ended up walking out.
It's not the money or even the inconvenience, but the general principle. The app shouldn't allow purchases if the store is sold out and my experience is beyond "normal bad" customer service imo.
This Dunkin is always a hot mess, but i have always chalked it up to ordering during a busy weekend morning. After this, I think its something more ingrained. Anyways, I'll be going to donut scene instead from now on and I would encourage anybody reading this to do the same.
