  Subway stole money from me a week ago and nobody will help. I placed an order online, it froze when I hit submit and it went back to the beginning of the cart but it charged my card. No confirmation email and the subway couldn't see my order. They gave me a phone number thats for employees to get tech support. There's no number to call. Just a chatbot online and the chat bot says someone will email me. It's been A WEEK. I reached out on twitter and they said to talk to the chat bot. I went into the store and the employee was so sweet she offered to buy me a sandwich with her own money. I couldn't accept that. That would be subway stealing from her instead of stealing from me What sucked is this happened the day before payday and I'm staying in a motel. They took my last 8 bucks so I didn't get to eat that day. The fact that there's no customer service and subway can just STEAL money from people and there's no recourse is so wrong.

  Online ordered a bmt and then gave me a chicken sub with Parmesan cheese on it, I didn’t realize it was the wrong sub until I got back to work, I had to throw it away cause I couldn’t eat it, I tried calling them they wouldn’t answer, I called for 2 days no answer. Go back 3 days later to tell them about what happened and they basically said there’s nothing they can do about it, so enjoy the free 12 dollars. Will never go back here again.

  I stopped in today 2/6/2026. I ordered a sub and 12 cookies. I understand 12 cookies take some time. I told the girls behind the counter that I would wait however long I needed to. I was in no hurry. The cookies I received where not cooked all the way and they shoved all 12 in one box meant for 6 cookies. When I asked about the cookies the girl who made them refused to come out from the back. I thought I would just cook then a little longer when I got home but even that didn't work. All the cookies where mushed into a big lump. I could not separate them from each other. Terrible service that was not needed.
