  This place is nuts. waited 35 minutes in the drive through with 3 people in front of us and 3 behind. None was even answering the drive through before we all pulled off. Idk if it's just short staffed or bad team members but I've never ever been to a sonic that was like this and it wasnt even busy. Idk who owns this place but y'all need to get a handle on it.

  They have got to come up with a new system here... Whatever they are doing here it is not working. Service is slower than molasses, poor food quality, and disorganized. Waited almost 30 minutes and we were literally the only ones there...

  Drinks tasted like half water was added and didn't even have ice,told them please bring fix our drinks and had the nerve to say we didnt ask for ice?!?!since when do drinks come hot!!!!!been waiting 10 mins already for my drinks they refuse to bring fresh drinks so where's my money?so now they say they dont have ice!!!!!this person should be fired!!!!

  By far the absolute slowest restaurant in Streetsboro. How does the corporate office still allow you to franchise. I know its tough out, but hire additional people. I gave it a second chance and you guys blew it again. I never write reviews, but mine is close to the others I read. Learn how to run a business and service the customer. You should be embarrassed.

  Menus are dated and showing age some don't even work Place is also pretty dirty and could use some love Service was good altho didn't follow the whole sonic theme (u hit the button when ur rdy instead they seen me pull in and treated it like a drive thru) Forgot some silverware with my chili dog (no big deal) Portions were a bit small (tator tots didn't fill entire fry box but otherwise cooked great)
