  Great playground but inept staff. Three times a row our bacon cheeseburger has had no bacon and we are routinely shorted dipping sauces so check your order… staff is fairly snarky about fixing what they mess up.

  Place an order for pickup through their app. Went through the drive-thru and the Einstein Tell me she wouldn't give me a mobile order through the drive-thru window I had to park and come inside. Corporate verified that was wrong they're just lazy and slow and they won't even refund it they have to request a refund I'll just challenge it with my bank

  The guy at the counter was nice, but the girl workers in the back were rude as heck, and kept cursing when there was kids and family’s in the room. If they needed to cuss they should have gone to the freezer and screamed there. Do better girls.

  We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food in pick up . Worker made excuses about they were busy all day and our food was greasy and gross. We live a distance away and were on our lunchbreak and were extremely dissatisfied..
