  Online ordered a bmt and then gave me a chicken sub with Parmesan cheese on it, I didn’t realize it was the wrong sub until I got back to work, I had to throw it away cause I couldn’t eat it, I tried calling them they wouldn’t answer, I called for 2 days no answer. Go back 3 days later to tell them about what happened and they basically said there’s nothing they can do about it, so enjoy the free 12 dollars. Will never go back here again.

  I stopped in today 2/6/2026. I ordered a sub and 12 cookies. I understand 12 cookies take some time. I told the girls behind the counter that I would wait however long I needed to. I was in no hurry. The cookies I received where not cooked all the way and they shoved all 12 in one box meant for 6 cookies. When I asked about the cookies the girl who made them refused to come out from the back. I thought I would just cook then a little longer when I got home but even that didn't work. All the cookies where mushed into a big lump. I could not separate them from each other. Terrible service that was not needed.

  Ordered two foot longs sub's double meat and extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce got no extra sauce and no double protein even put special instructions on there to make sure it got done and this is not the first time it has happened at this store chicken teriyaki looks like they didnt even put sauce on the sandwich
