If they'd said that before I waited I wouldn't have been so irritated but letting me sit there while they talked to their friends in one of the bays is what angered me.

- IKIan KNov 16, 20251.0Food comes out on time, but that’s about the only good thing I can say about this location. Over the last probably year or so. This most recent visit, every single food item was burnt. My smash burger was awful and the tots were so over cooked they literally exploded when you pressed on them. And they’re always out of CO2, whoever is running this store needs retrained or fired. You can tell service lately has been awful because of all the recent negative reviews. I really hope corporate is noticing the negative trend of reviews. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to come here because this is the closest one. I will probably not return. :(
