  Stood inside forever and nobody came out of back to serve us until we were getting ready to walk out. We were told they'd be with us shortly when someone finally peeked out. We ended up leaving because nobody ever did help us.

  Had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru for drinks. Half of my matcha drink was foam.

  Unfriendly staff. Always out of basic things like almond or oat milk, popular donuts like boston creme, or bagels. Bacon is never fully cooked(rubbery). When going to drive thru I order multiple drinks for coworkers and they hand me my drinks one at a time. I literally have to ask for a drink carrier...why? Thats basic knowledge of the job. You receive your order without a smile or greeting. Not customer friendly AT ALL. I stopped going. I used to go every day hoping that becoming a regular it would change. Nope

  Ordered using the drive thru, service is definitely without a smile. The person at the window was not overly cheerful. However, they had bagels, packaged them nicely and provided utensils. The parking lot as other people have noted is full of potholes.

  I went through the drive thru, got a large cocoa mocha and two orders of hash browns. I asked for a large cup of hot water only filling the cup halfway so I would be able to warm my daughter’s bottle. Since when would that be something you charge a dollar for? Not a fan of this lack of customer service and will probably not come back to this location because of it.
