  Dont pay for double protein. They will not add extra and you will get ripped off!

  There is ALWYAS A piece of meat in the beans.... As a vegetarian that is not why I come to get chipotle. Can we move the beans to the veggie section please They drop the meat chunks in the beans as they fill orders that makes sense... But to contaminte all ingredients is poor management Please change

  I am very disappointed with this place, I have celiac and gastritis, so I can’t eat gluten and spicy food. When I asked the staff kindly take precautions the white guy in the kitchen rolled his eyes and then the girl with died hair (brick red color) who was serving rolled her eyes too, washed her hands but kept touching everything and didn’t pull the previous spoons out of the containers with food in them, there could be cross contamination!! I also asked which meat is mild and they sighed and said they were not sure, one of the staff offered sample but the girl didn’t care. I am not happy with this situation, we often go to chipotle, every time we go it’s minimum 7 people with me, so since the staff strongly made me feel unwelcome as if people with allergies choose to be so, I (my family and friends) are not coming to this location anymore. This happened today April 3rd at around 9.15pm (this info for the owner/manager). Wrong staff can eventually kill any business. So disappointing and sad.

  I love chipotle! And this location is so awesome! As you can see from the pictures, I attached below, the employees here know how to give you a generous portion! I always get half brown half white rice, black beans, regular chipotle chicken, pico, queso, corn, salsa, cheese, and lettuce. It is so so amazing! The food always comes out perfect! The staff are extremely fast and efficient! The restaurant overall is pretty clean. Sometimes there are tables that are visibly pretty dirty, but you can obviously just pick a table that’s clean. They are just always so busy here that they probably don’t have time to keep up with cleaning the tables. Which honestly attests to the fact to how great of a chipotle this is! The place is always so busy.! I would highly recommend coming here! The food is reasonably priced! There is almost nowhere you can go nowadays to get this quantity and quality food this cheap!

  I weigh and meal prep all my food, I purchase nothing but protein chicken cups. The workers here CONSISTENTLY under portion the chicken and not by a little. I consistently get 3oz portions for every single cup I get. That's 1/4 of the portion I'm paying for and not receiving every time. The workers also always give me attitude and push back when I politely ask to please give me the proper portion. I don't want extra I just want what I'm promised. I understand it can't be perfect, If it is a little light sometime that's okay, but consistently under portioning by a substantial amount is not okay. I've over paid and tipped far too many times and I'm highly displeased with the problem as well as the attitudes of the workers.
