  They told me bacon needed to drop and it’d be 6 minutes. 15-20 mins later after I pulled around they just had the bacon ready. The people working minus the manager were eating food and standing around. The manager told the guys to give me fresh fries bc of my wait. Gave me old fries that were cold not even warm. They are a bunch of incompetent kids with no sense of urgency. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS FOR A NIGHT TIME BITE! By the way I never leave reviews and this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the staff.

  I placed an online order for pickup at 6:45pm & there wasn't a soul inside. They haven't even started preparing my food. Don't waste your time coming to this location. Not even an I'm sorry nothing zero accountability

  Manager was working the drive thru, which is abnormal. Asked him if they had a bunch of call offs, but he said no, everyone on shift was under 18 and the roads are BAD tonight, so he sent them home early and is finishing the shift out himself. Extremely kind and responsible person, very appreciative of those morals!

  Management should review late-night drive-thru procedures. Customers are told to pull up to the window to place orders, and staff then verbally calls orders to the kitchen instead of entering them into the register. Bypassing the POS system creates an obvious opportunity for cash transactions to go unrecorded and raises concerns about employee theft.
