  Maybe train the staff portioning? Each item ordered was way short. Why would I think a new location would be better?

  Nothing like getting home and digging in to the bag pulling out tacos and realizing they barely put anything in them it was like eating stale taco shells. So much for a new store guess I'll have to continue going to the falls location. Disappointed.

  Okay, so this is my review for Taco Bell. I'm not comparing it to other restaurants, but I gave this spot five stars because it's brand new. The place is super clean, and the drive-thru menu was actually readable, unlike some other places. I got a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a chicken quesadilla, and they were both neat, hot, and made well. The Baja Blast was perfectly fizzy and not watered down, which has happened to me at other locations. The staff was fast and friendly, so if you're craving Taco Bell, this is the one to hit up.

  I ordered on dordash and when my order got to me my pop was sealed but halfway filled, the chicken Catalina salad had no chicken on it, the 5 layer burrito had no cheese and they didn't even give me my beef chalupa. When I went up there to see what could be done the manager Michelle was very rude and acted like I did something wrong. They were the ones that messed up my order. She told me to take it up with door dash and that she didn't know what to tell me she wasn't remaking my food unless I had it still which from the night before I definitely did not still have it and that I couldn't get a refund. Then she called me later on that day and told me I absolutely couldn't get a refund but if I wanted to come up and get the items replaced I could. So days later I go to get the order fixed and they still forgot my chalupa. I won't be coming back to this taco bell again. Completely dismissive to the customer and Michelle acted as if what I was saying was irrelevant and an inconvenience to her.

  This is exactly what our community didn’t want - another terrible fast food restaurant with 4 others all on the same block. There are now THREE Taco Bell’s in Stow. How many do we need?? Terrible slop “food” and a waste of perfectly good space where a real restaurant or non private equity business could have gone. I wouldn’t go here if it was the last place on earth to eat at.
