- EWEdward WrenApr 1, 20261.0Don't eat at the subway Kent Rd in Kent the service is horrible they messed up our order and didn't even get my sub I got everyone else's but mine and my son and daughter was wrong had no cheese was supposed to be provolone and pepper jack they just sprinkle a tiny bit of grated Parmesan on them that is it and when trying to fix it they refuse supposed to be grand reopening keep this service up it will be a grand re closing picture provided all we did is open it up to take the pictures

I haven't been to a Subway in a minute so I don't know if it's this specific location's fault but I was astounded when my sandwich barely had any toppings. Usually I have no problem filling up on a 6in sub and I was still very hungry afterwards. I was trying to figure out what else to eat. I was left still hungry and upset. What an awful experience and honestly you should be embarrassed to call yourselves a sandwich company anymore.
