  I missed having silverware, and a porcelain coffee cup, But food was great, service was fast( did seem odd that the front assistant was filling dressing cups at register)

  Bought a Fuji chicken apple salad last night Togo. Wow what a disappointment. There was two tiny pieces of chicken, no Fuji apples, and a small amount of salad. Huge ripoff, I do not appreciate shrinkflation as I was left still hungry. Raise the price and give me a good salad. Update: just saw an ad on tv featuring the Fuji chicken salad and it looked delicious, unfortunately this is false advertising as mine was a joke.

  I would like to share a few words about my visit to this location on Graham Rd, Stow this evening. I placed an online order, marking it for pick up in the drive thru. When I arrived to, I used the drive thru speaker to let the store know I was there. I was asked to pull forward to the window. Thirty minutes later.... No food, no employee interaction, nothing. Like the cars behind me that pulled out of line, I pulled up to the parking lot and went inside. I spoke with the cashier in the store and asked if she could find my order. And yes... I was obviously agitated but I did not yell. The cashier went and looked and came back to tell me that her manager, Gia, said because I drove away from the window I would have to place a new order. I already paid for an order! The cashier went back to her manager a second time, I assume to get help with dealing with me. Gia then came up to the counter with a bag. She said it across the counter and asked " Is this you?". The name on the receipt was mine. I asked how long the order had been ready and she said it had been sitting on the back counter a while, then she turned around and left. No apology. I should have checked the bag before I left, that is on me... When I got home, only half of my order was there. I drove back to the location and went in to ask for a refund on the food I never received. The cashier went and asked Gia to refund me and came back telling me she would. I asked for documentation for the refund. After another trip to the back to speak with Gia, who seemed unable to come to the counter herself, I was told I would get an email receipt of the refund. I truly don't make it a habit of complaining, you can check my reviews. I don't want anything from Panera, in fact I don't plan on ever returning. Being in a customer facing position myself, I do want them to be aware that the thirty minute wait, with no employee interaction, coupled with a rude manager, has lost them a previously loyal customer. One last thing... The cashier was very sweet and I did let her know that I understood this wasn't her fault.
