  This was some of the worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We came in the drive through pretty late at night and the girl working the window had a horrible attitude. When giving us our food she pretty much threw it out of the window at us. As someone who had worked in customer service for many years the fact that this employee can act that way to paying customers is ridiculous. Very disappointing- do better.

  I always get good customer service in the drive thru. Only downside I've had is they always mess up sausage biscuit with an extra. It's always either on the side or just not there at all. And burgers sometimes are drowning in ketchup/mayo so anytime I order on the app I make sure to say light sauce. Otherwise it's good

  Terrible. I got charged for more than received, and if you call, the "manager" will hang up on you. No wonder they work at mcdonalds

  I have ate here three mornings in a row. My sausage McGriddle was excellent the very first morning. The second morning I ordered two and they were good but not as good as the first. During the second trip I noticed some guys in the back that were working on the deep fryer. I noticed that weren’t dressed like the guys that go around and service equipment at restaurants though. I also noticed that no one had on hair nets, even the ones making food. I said well maybe Ohio is different. Well, on my third visit I ordered two more McGriddles. They were hardly edible. The “PRODUCT” was disgusting. The bread was so chewy that I could have blown a bubble. Also, on this last visit I saw one of the guys that was there the day before working on the deep fryer. He was in the back parking lot with a big trash can cleaning out his truck. Had he not been wearing the same clothes from the day before then I’d not of noticed him. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. Who’s to say he wasn’t in there again working on equipment after cleaning trash from his vehicle? That is plum disgusting. If he’s an employee, then why is he doing personal chores on company time? McDonald’s has became a huge disappointment…
