  This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience when it comes to their delivery. Shame on me for trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordering it again. Last time it took at least an hour to get my order; seems the opposite of freaky fast. Today, same thing again. I called at the hour mark to check on the status of my order and they said they were still waiting for someone to pick it up. If you don’t have people to deliver it, or it takes over an hour before it leaves your door, maybe you shouldn't offer delivery. No phone call, no updates, no apologies, ridiculous. Their food generally is great, but unless you’re going in person don’t bother.

  Music is so freakin' loud I had to yell my order at the cashier after she said "What?" 3x. I was planning on eating in, but ate in my car so I could hear myself think
