The drive thru worker that looks like a very angry KSI has gotta be the worst worker ive ever witnessed. Very angry like i did something to him and never gets the order right. Every time.

We stopped going to this Wendy’s during Covid as they never had baked potatoes or chili and the employees were rude, self-entitled,, poorly trained, and the store was filthy. Today we thought we’d give them a second chance! What a WASTE of our time! The person taking orders at the counter was horrible, unfriendly, and filthy! They still didn’t have baked potatoes at dinner time! The store is still dirty! Never again! When I review a restaurant, I rarely rate it less than a 4. I am being generous by gifting them 1 star!

The employees including the manager, Nate, stood outside the building smoking weed and causing the store to reek of marijuana. I also watched nearly every employee stand outside doing absolutely nothing but being loud and belligerent while a customer sat waiting in the drive thru. I've seen an employee just dump dirty mop water in the floor and call it clean. This is the most ill managed, filthy, and straight deplorable fast food chain I've ever been in. If you value your health then you would go to any other restaurant around.
