  DONT GO!! I was told I couldn't use the bathroom unless I ordered food! So much for potential customers!! Why would you do that!! I work right down the road and could have given you business. It was dead inside!! No customers and you are going to tell a potential customer dont come in unless you order food...I can see you closing soon. I would post zero stars if I could.

  I was the only person in restaurant. Ordered a single burger and fries. Order took forever. Burger was not edible. The grill was not hot. No grill marks on burger. Not crispy. It was gray and weird looking. Fries were ok. $9.99 for a single burger. Should have gone to Dairy Queen.

  Service and staff were nice, place is clean, atmosphere is as you might expect for a fast casual place, though a little too brightly lit (being nitpicky). The tots were good, but the some of the cheese curds were exploded and missing the actual cheese. The burgers were bland and underseasoned, no maillard on the patties to speak of and had little to no salt, buns were on the soggy side. Maybe I got them on an off day? I had my hopes up for a place to give five guys a run for their money, but this ain't it.

  Absolutely amazing quality of service here, these guys blowing most restaurants out the water, making 5guys look like shit real quick, been a few years since I've had wayback but as soon as I discovered this location popped up I had to check out again

  Had a misunderstanding with my order. I thought I ordered a specific item and it was not what I thought it was. However, the manager refunded me my money and made the order twice for free!!! Very good customer service. If you’re in the Kent/stow area I’d highly recommend you to try this place!
