  Quality Burgers, quality onion rings, quality fresh fries lightly seasoned just right . Bun was soft, buttered and toasted. Soda dispenser had the perfect mix ratio. These folks are from a foreign country but do the American classics better than other American owned franchises. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. We will return and recommend. Very kind people and good service.

  We ordered pickup tonight, one chicken sandwich and one burger with the tater tots and fries. The condiments that were supposed to come on the side for the sandwiches we did not receive. The burger was very mid and tasted like one I could get from Wendy’s. The chicken sandwich had a nice crisp to it but the chicken itself was kind of rubbery. You barely get any tater tots or fries with the box meals. I can’t say we will be back 😞

  My husband and I ordered takeout and got two create-your-own double cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings. They accidentally switched the cheese selections— I ordered American and received cheddar, and my husband got my American. Aside from the cheese mix-up, the burgers were pretty good. The fries, however, weren’t great; they were pretty soggy. The onion rings tasted good but were also a little soggy by the time we got them home. They packed the fries and onion rings in individual cardboard boats and then wrapped them in burger paper, which seemed to trap the heat and contribute to the sogginess. We’d give this place another try because the burgers were solid, but we probably won’t order the fries again.

  Right now, I have mixed feelings. I did order online the first week of opening (and on a Friday night!), though, so that may have made a difference. In any case, I really want to give this place another chance. I got a grilled chicken sandwich, my friend got a hamburger. The hamburger was phenomenal. The chicken sandwich, not as much. It had a tendon on it, was rubbery, room temp, and tasted watery. I ended up throwing it away after just a couple bites because it tasted like lunch meat with water. Would not recommend ordering the grilled chicken, personally. The employees are all super attentive and hardworking, it was a little busy when I went in the store but they still helped out everyone and handled things quickly with great care. Very kind people!

  Everything was fresh and delicious. chicken was fried perfectly, crispy but still juicy and tender. The burger was flavorful and juicy as well. Cheese curds were also fried perfectly, I can tell they use quality curds, squeaky and yummy. Staff greeted me happily and looked genuinely pleased to be at work. My only wish is for a harder sear on the burger and to be able to order sides of sauces when ordering online. Regardless it was a great meal and I will be back.
