  Absolutely amazing quality of service here, these guys blowing most restaurants out the water, making 5guys look like shit real quick, been a few years since I've had wayback but as soon as I discovered this location popped up I had to check out again

  Had a misunderstanding with my order. I thought I ordered a specific item and it was not what I thought it was. However, the manager refunded me my money and made the order twice for free!!! Very good customer service. If you’re in the Kent/stow area I’d highly recommend you to try this place!

  The food is good, but the customer service and management is lacking. My first visit to this location we placed our order to go and waited for over 45 minutes turns out our food was ready and had been sitting on the counter but none of the employees made us aware our food was finished. I had to get up and ask if it was ready and sure enough it had been sitting there and was cold. That's ashame. My 2nd and last time visiting my son ordered a vanilla milkshake, the lady made his milkshake after our food finished as we almost walked out without it, but she stopped us to make the milkshake. The problem was in her rush to make the milkshake she did NOT seal the top on the cup securely. As my son and I walked to the car the top came off and the milkshake started spilling. We immediately went back in and requested another milkshake and was denied when it was clearly their fault. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. They need a better manager I'm not even upset at the young lady but the manager doesn't know how to treat customers. They gave me my money back but why couldn't you just make another milkshake. DO BETTER!

  We ordered burgers, fries and tots, so we're no help when it comes to chicken. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up there. Food was fresh but lacked oomph, especially the burgers. Bun was fine, lettuce and tomato on ours were fresh and the patties were cooked well. They lack flavor though, an absolutely nondescript burger that I assume is better when slathered in sauce and with onion rings on it. The fries were good, nothing to say there. The tots were great, except there was grease in the basket. Seems like a little more "dry" time was needed before serving. Not the end of the world. Overall, it's fine. They're aiming for a middle ground between Wendy's, McD's, etc., and places like Five Guys. Except Five Guys does what they do really well and pack flavor into their limited options. Here, I'm struggling to find a comparison or hook. Maybe we ordered the wrong items, but outside of decent quality of the food, the lack of flavor hurts.
