  You would think that a chain like Taco Bell wouldn’t differ greatly in quality by location. You would be wrong. This is by far the best Taco Bell in all of NE Ohio. Staff: 11/10, Food: 11/10. There was no wait in the drive thru. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. My food was ready immediately. And let me tell you, that shiz slapppped. Keep doing what you’re doing, Stow Taco Bell. Stay golden <3

  I have never been to a better Taco Bell in my life. I go here quite frequently. The customer service and hospitality and kindness of the entire staff is overwhelming and outstanding. Even when they’re extremely busy, they are never rude to me. Every fast food place gets things wrong sometimes, and I’m not gonna lie and say they never get my order wrong, but they get it right far more often than any other fast food restaurant in Akron and Kent for sure. I really just have no bad things to say about this Taco Bell.

  I am hoping that upper management will see this. I don't want to make enemies but this has to be said. I went through the drive-thru to get something at night and this is one of my favorite Taco Bell restaurants. I was waiting for my order at the window and I saw a yellow bucket up on the counter and when I looked at it it said sanitizer. The girl was checking my bag and then handed me my bag and I asked her about it. I said that yellow bucket there, is that sanitizer? She said yes. I told her that shouldn't be up around the food. I said it makes me really uncomfortable. She didn't really seem like she wanted to engage about it but I know that you can't have sanitizer around food. It's a No-No and I probably won't be back because of this. If someone were to ingest that this would not be a good thing. I had to say something because I know you can't do that and that's why I told her not to make an enemy and to aggravate or be a busybody but for safety reasons and because I eat there and I wouldn't want someone to get that in their food or drink.
