  They're running some sort of scam with online orders saying they don't receive them and you can't get a refund even when you show proof online not sure what to do if I need to call the police contact the Better Business Bureau or else you cannot contact the human being through customer service just an AI chat robot I showed them my receipt and they refuse to give me food or a refund stay away!!

  The staff member working tonight displayed an unpleasant attitude from the moment I approached the counter. He was quite rude and argued with me about where I wanted the mayonnaise on my sandwich, which was confusing since I always order it the same way and have never had an issue before at this Subway location. Based on this experience, I don’t believe he should be working in customer service if he cannot interact with customers respectfully.

  DO NOT EAT HERE, GO TO THE SUBWAY THAT IS 500FT OUTSIDE OF THE WALMART I typically don't write reviews even if something negative happens, but this was a blatant disregard to proper service. About every Thursday night I get a sub from here when I come into town to help my mother get her groceries, every single time this subway starts closing and cleaning up 15 to 30min before 9:00pm which is their closing time on the subway app. Usually the attendant still makes my sandwich if im there by 8:45. This time I place my order we'll in advance through the app. I arrive there 5min before the app said, and not only the sandwich wasnt ready. The guy said their systems is down and aren't receiving online orders. So I said, I already paid can you at least make the sandwiches, and he said no hes closing. I asked him this twice more since there is still about 18minutes to 9:00pm. And he said they are closing and to request a refund by calling the corporate number. My mom, my daughter, and I hungry as this guy wouldnt make the sandwich even though this store is supposed to be open until at least 9:00pm. The store owner needs to contact me and give me a refund!

  Im not sure what the girls name that works at the stow ohio subway in walmart is! But, i forgot my retainer in my wrapper! I called up there and let her know il be back to get come get it! When i came back to get my retainer out of the trash can she already had it out waiting for me! I would never expect anyone to ever go in a trash can and look for someone else belongings! But, she did that and even smiled at me while giving it back to me! Thats amazing you dont find many people like that anymore!!

  Definitely gotten so much better since the staff change happened go there for lunch pretty often
