Im SOMETIMES ok splurging on myself with overpriced places like Panera, but when you offer food for that price you better have competent people providing the customer service. NEVER going back.

Tried to call the store and make the complaint and was answered by a rude girl who would “try to get her manager” but I ended up just being put on hold. Manager never answered or attempted to call back. Ridiculous for the type of money they charge.
