I told the girl it was only supposed to be extra white rice and chicken and that it was my fault. I was than told that I would need to pay for the mistake as well, as it was company policy. I have been at Chipotle countless times and have seen people mess up their order and they usually turn around just throw it away. I have never seen someone be forced to pay for a mistake at a fast food place. I than called Chipotle customer service to make a formal complaint. I know I should just drop it, but for me it’s the principle. It was an innocent accident and being made to pay for it is crazy. Then to be lied to and told it was company policy to pay for a mistake. Customer service line said that is not the policy. Than to add insult to injury I was charged full rice for a 3pt bowl. At that point, I didn’t care and just paid so I could leave. I am in there all the time and am just disappointed.😔
