  Husband placed a simple mobile coffee order at 10:24 am today. He waited inside for over 30 mins and just left at 11:03am because he got tired of waiting and left without his coffee. Ridiculous.

  I used to love coming to this location because it's only right up the street from me but this location has ran it's course and it has started to become horrible especially ever since they changed the inside. The customer service is horrible for one they don't greet you and they have stank attitudes or just don't pay any attention to their customers at all because they are speaking amongst themselves. This is not a high school business nor establishment leave that at the door and do your job. Their food has become cold and not hot nor warm at all. I have done numerous surveys especially one with my contact number to speak to management but no one has never called me about the issue. Now I have a bigger issue because today April 10th, 2026 I ordered Omelet Bites and as I am biting into it I bit something that is plastic which it was. I could have swallowed this or even choked. So in this case do I need to contact Summit County Public Health Department so they can do either an investigation/inspection or are y'all going to pay attention and fix your food correctly so for one no one has food poisoning because the food is not at the correct temperature and for two so no one will swallow and choke on plastic that is showing right here. Wish I can give y'all 0 stars instead of 1.

  Workers took 20 minutes for an iced coffee and hash browns and weren’t very busy. Zero sense of urgency.

  I came through around 4:30pm (2/26) and ordered two medium drinks, a sandwich, and two wraps. When I pulled up to the window my boyfriend and I could hear this younger lady screaming about how it was ridiculous I ordered food so late. She continued to scream and kept cussing up a storm. I understand that fast food can be stressful at times, but please be mindful when you are near the drive through window, people can hear. Very upsetting for how she acted, super immature.

  Honestly on more than one occasion I've had different employees. Be kind of rude here telling me that the donuts are supposed to be hard like literally early in the morning. No the donuts shouldn't be hard. You guys think you're the only people that make donuts and then on top of that someone made my order wrong. I had ordered a chai tea. She gave me a coffee. She got an attitude when I said I was supposed to have a chai tea. She then gave me a watered-down nasty looking version of something. I don't know what it was but it wasn't chai tea and I was scared to drink it because of her attitude
