  Went to go get nacho fries at 1 am,nobody there and the lady at the window was super sweet…we get home look in the bag the cheese isn’t even a scoop,it wasn’t full or nothing just like a squirt of cheese..I understand that it’s 1am and your tired but be fr this is a job,you do not need to work at a job your miserable at?!!

  I got food late this good Friday and it was delicious and the girls working were very nice!!! 100% love Taco Bell

  If I could leave zero starts, I would. I am so tired of not getting the items I pay for. I ask at the window when I recognize the same individual that gives me an incomplete order every time I’m at this location. I empty my bag in front of the worker, and they proceed to tell me my missing items are on the bottom, they know because they put them there. My items are not there. I tell them this happens every time. They go “ask” if someone put my items in there, and return to tell me they are there, because someone said they are. Interrogating me because I paid for something I did not receive? (On $50+ orders) is pretty disheartening. After taking all items out I’m very confused because they literally aren’t. I file complaints with the app, as this location never answers their phone. I’ve tried for days in a row. If this location cares about its business, this individual needs fired and they need to make it right with whatever customs that person screws over. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s not hard (yes, I know. I did it in my early days) customer service is no where to be found. The individual working the midnight drive thru on Saturday (Friday night) march 28 at 1:30am needs terminated immediately. (Or possibly drug tested) The same worker that did this position on march 3rd at around the same time. I just don’t get it. Please investigate this issue and this individuals ability at the drive through, and potentially retrain them. I never take the time to leave reviews because it’s not worth it (and quite frankly I’m a very understanding person, I know people are trying), but I am sure to say I will not be returning to this location (unless I feel like being degraded), and will be driving further for better service. The Weirton Taco Bell is incredible, and so is Wellsburg. I really hope something can change, and I will be reaching out to corporate with my concerns. * I’d rate the food 5 stars if I actually received it

  I asked them twice for regular soft tacos at the drive through and they gave me supreme soft tacos. Thanks for nothing
