  Ordered at the drive thru and pulled around. Our drinks and frostys were sitting on the counter by the window. Original employee that took our order took our payment, passed us our food and left the drinks and frostys sitting there and walked away. Sat and waited for like 5 minutes for one of the multiple employees still at the window to acknowledge us while they were worrying about other orders. When a different employee finally opened the window and we asked if we could please have our drinks and fostys that had been sitting there since before we made it to the window the employee told us not to be rude and they were helping other customers. And got snappy with us for saying that if we had gotten them with the rest of our order when they had been sitting there waiting we could be out of the way so they could help other customers Though at least we got all of our food, which is apparently more than some people get based on the other reviews

  Sat in drive thru over 20 minutes for pickup order. Checked before leaving. Food not even still warm. Handed back. Sat 5 minutes. Studied the frosty cookie fusion, realized that was not what they gave me. No cookie bits. Finally they handed me the supposedly hot food. It was not hot. Fries cold. Burger, I unwrapped to be sure, room temp and dry. Said nope, take it back, give refund. She said use app. There isn't even an option. Don't waste your time with this branch.

  Where do I even begin? This place has become my favorite fast food restaurant in Steubenville, perhaps even favorite period. The biggie bag deal gives you a lot of food for a great price, especially if you upgrade to a medium or large. The food has been consistently hot and fresh, even when visiting outside of peak hours. I've had pleasant experiences with the staff as well, they're friendly and accommodating. I've had a lot of mediocre and bad experiences with most fast food restaurant chains, and it feels like the industry has taken a turn in terms of food freshness and experience quality, which is why I'm very excited to find this place. I highly recommend.
