Studied the frosty cookie fusion, realized that was not what they gave me. No cookie bits. Finally they handed me the supposedly hot food. It was not hot. Fries cold. Burger, I unwrapped to be sure, room temp and dry. Said nope, take it back, give refund. She said use app. There isn't even an option. Don't waste your time with this branch.

The biggie bag deal gives you a lot of food for a great price, especially if you upgrade to a medium or large. The food has been consistently hot and fresh, even when visiting outside of peak hours. I've had pleasant experiences with the staff as well, they're friendly and accommodating. I've had a lot of mediocre and bad experiences with most fast food restaurant chains, and it feels like the industry has taken a turn in terms of food freshness and experience quality, which is why I'm very excited to find this place. I highly recommend.
