  Dine in . Staff unprofessional Ordered a chicken wrap without tomato, recieved with tomatoes and it was slimy They did replace the wrap but we're not apologizing for the mistake. Wrap was still not edible . Go somewhere else not worth the money

  I’ve never given a one star review but it’s been 2 hours since I ordered and no one is answering the phone. Last time I ordered toasted they delivered it took me cold and told me to put it in the oven myself because they had already cleaned the oven(it was 30 minutes before close) I get that it’s late, but if you aren’t going to give service that late, then don’t be open that late!!!! I’m pregnant and so my cravings mean a lot to me! I love JJs as a whole but this is super disappointing.

  We ate here during new student move-in day. They were super slammed with a very large catering order, but the staff and manager communicated the issues and explained the delay. It wasn’t a bad wait and it helped understanding what they were dealing with. Once the short wait was over, our food was prepared promptly and very well. Order was accurate and sandwiches prepared well. This could have been a negative experience but they made it a positive.
