My order was ready a little more than 10 minutes after I ordered, and it wasn’t delivered an HOUR AFTER it was “ensuring deliciousness” I called after it had been a half hour of my pizza sitting under a heat lamp and the guy who answered the phone, Christian, laughed it off and decided to count out all 12 orders they had with only one driver. I offered to come pick it up if they re made it and he assured me that all that time under the heat lamp meant my pizza would still be “warm”. Not hot…warm. To top it all off, when the order finally left the store (10 more minutes after I got off the phone) I watched as the driver took orders to other customers first, 3 times driving right in front of my house. This Dominos has went so far downhill. Will not be ordering again anytime soon. I highly recommend just ordering from Pizza Hut! Their manager, Matt, has always went above and beyond!
