Ali was not attentive, left me without a beverage while eating hot wings for twenty minutes. Food took 45 minutes.(They were not busy) Asked for silverware to cut my kids’ food, Ali just dropped off forks. Restaurant was cold. Terrible experience. Left a review at the corporate site, no response. Will go to JT’s across the street next time. Never returning no matter how man rewards points they offer.
