  I’ve never been so confused and frustrated with a food service worker. I asked if I could get a sandwich for my kid but just not built as a sandwich. Essentially veggies, meat and a piece of bread. She flat out refused to work with me. She told me I could get a salad or a sandwich but that’s it. I asked it I could pay for whichever was more expensive but she flat out refused saying she could lose her job if she did it. If her manager is this severe that she won’t work with a mom trying to feed her kid, the manager needs to find a new gig. There was a young man who started my order who was very sweet natured and professional but the woman with long turquoise nails bulldozed her way in to refuse my every request. She was hateful and I’ll never go back. I used to work in the food industry, front and back of house and I can’t imagine ever treating someone the way she treated me.

  Stopped here omw from MD back to MO. Had to constantly repeat myself. Then I was told when asked if I wanted sauce on my breakfast flatbread they "Aren't allowed to add the sauce before the toppings," not sure what that was about outside of the fact that I had spinach added before cheese so when it was heated it wouldn't slide out. My biggest issue is the lack of public restrooms. Noted by the sign on the restroom door. Are the owners aware this is kind of a requirement for an eating establishment if not for toilet use but for washing/drying hands. Look it up. If you're going to still refuse this then at least allow the door going to the Sunoco accessible so your customers don't have to walk out and around.

  Eat subway 2-3 times a week. This one sucks. Specifically because of the middle aged lady working there. Has a pretty bad attitude. Never had a subway deny putting cheese on after the toaster either. Out of multiple food options. Won’t hesitate to drive an extra 10 mins to a different subway .

  I like salads, first time getting one, chicken and bacon with their ranch, it was good, usually get subs but don't necessarily care for that much bread, nice change.
