- AAAustinApr 21, 20262.0This place is doomed to go out of business eventually. Some of the staff are good, others just don't care. The biggest problem is their food. You can not charge $10 for a sandwich and give us meat that looks like 3 pieces of paper. The portions are so extremely tiny, they might as well just put up a donation sign saying: "Just give us your money". The sauce cups are never filled, all of the bread is stale like it came out of the freezer and air dried, the portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller, and it takes forever. Why should I pay $18 for a singular "meal" and get something that's worse than the hospital? Even Springfield Regionals cafeteria has DELICIOUS options for very cheap compared to Panera.

Avocado serving was so small it was transparent on the bagel. Salads were the best items served to our group and nicely sized. Many tables left uncleared and sticky long after lunch rush.

Employees don’t want to be there and the orders are getting messed up and customers still getting charged when told they will be given a refund for undelivered items. This store is a lost cause unfortunately. Two tea spoons of dressing for whole salad and the bread got attacked by a lion. Then items missed from order. Run away from this location.
