  The worker that took our order was rude we asked how much the frys were and she got rude and swore under her breath at us

  Always excellent service from an engaged and well trained staff. We have made this our McDonald's of choice in the Springfield area because of their standards of excellence. We have been impressed that the staff is a mix of young pre-adults and seasoned veterans but EVERYONE seems to be invested in pleasing the customer. Our commendations to those who train this customer service focus, and those who make sure the milk shake machine is running reliably--not the case elsewhere in Springfield! Also want to mention the drive through runs about twice as fast as elsewhere in our estimation!

  Went through the drive-through they got my sandwich wrong went inside. Waited five minutes for anybody to even say anything to me then waited another five minutes for the sandwich so I spent a total of 15 minutes for one sandwich that is absolutely ridiculous. No offer of a drink or anything for the wait just a sorry about that at the end of the at least 15 minutes. And when I got the sandwich is was barely warm because she was too focused on getting the drive thru food out .

  Went through the drive thru had to pull in a parking spot to wait on food just to get home and have the crispy chicken sandwich have absolutely no chicken in it.

  Not as good as it was in the late 70's. But I still go for a cheap burger. The Big Mac is just ok now. Used to go for a big Mac attack. But skip that now
