  Freaky slow. Ordered online ahead of time and I’m leaving this review as I am sitting in line at the drive thru. Been 15 minuets so far and it has not moved a single car. Line is out to the road . Hate to leave a bad review because I like JJ’s but this ruins my 30 minute lunch break. It’s like this every time I come to this location. Hopefully new management gets it together soon .

  I have been a long time customer of Jimmy John's since they opened up! Their new management needs to get the handbook on how to run a Jimmy Johns, and how they make their sandwiches. The Turkey Tom I got was terrible! I ordered it at 11am and I didn't get it delivered till 12:05pm. When I got it the sandwich was made of up 3 thin pieces of pressed lunchmeat, with a little mayo and slightly brown lettuce. I ordered it jimmied up but that didn't happen, not to mention the lunchmeat looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. Terrible! and to think I paid, $11.58 for this nasty stuff makes me sick! I should of went to Catanzaro's, They know how to make a sandwich, with real deli meats and fresh toppings for only$1.50 more! You get a sandwich that is so big that you have to eat it in 2 sittings. Never again will Jimmy Johns get my business. Good Luck new management I hope you learn how to treat your customers! Cutting back and lousy Customer Service bring no business!

  I havent had jimmy johns in a long time I drive to get me a sandwhich. Just one sandwich and a drink. I get home get all ready to eat this sandwhich I open it. It is by far what I ordered. Mind you I sat in that drive thru forever. Never got a attitude not one time. I call and they remake my sandwhich. But did not offer refund of discount or even an apology just handed me my correct sandwhich after I drove all the way back and acted as if gas isnt 4 dollars a gallon right now. I will not be coming to this location again.
