We stepped in the lobby to order a couple of meals at Wendy's on E. Main St. Here in Springfield,Ohio. Three people saw us, and turned their back to us. One girl said, "There are people at the counter", no one approached for the order. We left - won't be back. You get paid $15 an hour to stand around and talk!

Every time I have gone through the drive thru during the evening hours, my food is never right. Went through and ordered two combos, my sandwiches were wrong. Went back through and told them they were wrong, they replaced them and still got one of my sandwiches wrong… which is crazy because I got it how it comes on the menu. Either carelessness or straight ignorance, or both. This shouldn’t be happening…
