One girl said, "There are people at the counter", no one approached for the order. We left - won't be back. You get paid $15 an hour to stand around and talk!

Went back through and told them they were wrong, they replaced them and still got one of my sandwiches wrong… which is crazy because I got it how it comes on the menu. Either carelessness or straight ignorance, or both. This shouldn’t be happening…
