This was the worst experience!!! People behind me in line left. When I got the food home the calupa was hard like it was days old. The potato grilled was just stopped in a wrapper. TACOS were all broken. Terrible!!!! This will be the last time I use the mobile app. Your employees need more training!!! And shame on the manager for not coming to talk to me and apologize for this mess!!!! SAD!!! SHAME ON THIS TACO BELL ON UPPER VALLEY PIKE!!!!!! This was a waste of time and money!
