I overheard as I was waiting people getting trained and I believe the manager said she either just became the manager or just transferred from another store. Either way I waited 30 minutes. When my order was finally ready, the manager realized I had been there a long time and felt bad so she made it right without me even having to ask. She was very nice and you could tell felt really bad about the situation. I appreciate she was paying attention and did the right thing. I think her name was Katie but I could be wrong.
