  Breakfast burrito meal. Was supposed to have been with large Coke but I was given tea. Good enough. Food was hot and served quickly. Dining room was very clean. Staff all seemed friendly and polite.

  Everyone’s customer service is not good and they take forever, drive thru and counter. They never help out customers especially when they are inside. They leave people standing there and don’t ever approach them. Horrible.

  They served me some pancakes and I found two little hairs in it, and I told them 3 times what I ordered and they still forgot something normally there is one lady in there that is sweet and knows what she’s doing but everyone else in there acts slow during night shift going into morning shift cause around 4-6am they acting slow in there

  What a heartless depressing location. No human interaction whatsoever and if you do get one they couldn’t care less about what you want or why your there. McDonalds is a complete 180 from when i was a kid and definitely not for the better.

  This location has only the kiosks to order when you walk in. There is no sign of anyone working there as they blocked off the kitchen during a "re-model". Since then, the wait time has gone from 2 to 15 minutes (often longer) at the typical walk-up counter to in our case over an hour. I have been in this locale 4 times hoping it would get better as it's close to me and each time was just got worse with wait times over 35 minutes + each time. Others waiting on food either simply left because they grew tired of waiting or, yelled at the staff via the small doorway. 3 of us received warm to cold hamburgers & fries. Of course, no one knew what to say when I asked one of the employees who would stock the un-supervised Uber pick up shelves which some folks who grew fed up with waiting just grabbed what they could then left. We received no receipt either from the Kiosk and was told by a snippy employee "that is just how it is". This concept is a failure and so is this particular Mc Donalds in terms of ordering, wait time and rude employees which has always been an issue at this Mc Donalds. I will never go back to this one.
