I tell them to scan to QR code, they always reply they don’t even have a scanner to do it….. What’s the deal with this location?? Is there just lazy workers who don’t to do their job? Is there a glitch in the system with this specific location that doesn’t allow them to use the mobile rewards?? What’s the deal?? It’s literally every single time I visit here it never works!! But can go 10 minutes across town and they have no issues taking my code???? Also seen a GIANT RAT running around the dumpster last time I was there.

- JTJeff TurnerFeb 14, 20262.0Its like a giant walk in vending machine, you walk in ,see no one, ( because it's built to keep you and the workers separated) , order at a kiosk , then you stand in suspense, hoping someone behind the wall even knows your there (or maybe you're just waisting your time and looking stupid, in what appears to be a empty building). Then someone comes from behind the wall, places your food on a shelf, calls out a number and disappears. Now, your alone again but I needed some ketchup, (because everything is behind the wall) now I have no way to communicate, with ( at lest the one person I now know is behind the wall), without yelling. So I am forced to go behind the little counter, and peer around the wall and ask for ketchup, she didn't look very happy that I was behind the counter, and I wasn't happy that I was behind the counter. It was a terrible experience, the food was good, but so isn't the food in rest stop vending machines. Why did you isolate the customer like they are soulless robots 🤖?
