This Place needs to close the doors..Order was place on the mobile app from my wife's phone around 11:40am I arrived around 12:05pm thinking it was going to be ready...wrong they proceed to tell me that the phone had to be present to let their computer know to make the order...What's the purpose of placing the order ahead if you have to still wait...Needless to say I waited another 15 minutes for my order..just ridiculous and it's the slowest McDonald's Springfield Ohio

We have had multiple issues with previous orders from here but usually they will have us bring the food back and remake everything that was wrong or cold. Tonight was different. My husband who is a type 1 diabetic picked up food for dinner. When he brought it home, the fries were old, his drink tasted like water, we were missing a fry and his snack wraps were cold and the chicken was rubbery. He called and spoke to a manager and she had him come back up there with the food and his drink. When he got there the manager never came out of her office and he was stuck dealing with a team leader. The team leader said he had talked to the manager and basically had him write our address down and said they would mail us out some coupons! Are you kidding me!! I will go to a different Mc Donald’s for food!!

absolutely not. they always mess orders up, give us extras, and guess what? messed up my sauce from bbq to ketchup, and well i just dont like em, (if you know me than you know me). i wonder whose nuggets and cheeseburgers they were supposed to get. 2 words: absolutely not. anyway just dont go here, go to Wendy’s
