  I have ordered frappes from here for some time and I always get the extra pumps of caramel. The last few times I have, I have been cheated on the extra pumps of caramel. It costs extra so not sure why this keeps happening? First time I figured maybe a new person or just an oversight. But third or fourth time, it's not. It was delivered.

  Instead telling you they are out of something they just charge you and act like you didn’t order it they made me cancel my order at the window saying they couldn’t serve my order that I would have to reorder it again all it did was make my coupon not able to be used and forced me to pay full price and then tried to skimp me on two drinks because they were out of Dr Pepper

  I live right down the road from Deer Rd, but I will drive all the way to Upper Valley Pike if I ever want McDonald's. They are so friendly and are not lazy at all. When I go to Derr Rd I never get what I ordered and they treat you like you're just bothering their day, like you should've went elsewhere and for now on I sure will drive ALL the way to Upper Valley Pike now to get my food.

  The night shift at this location absolutely sucks, they’re always rude ignored my partner and her coworker in the drive thru yall definitely need to figure it out! food is also always gross
