Ordered 2 sandwiches one fry and one drink. Waited 7 minutes and the order was wrong. Took it back in and had to wait another 10 minutes. Need better supervisor and better attitudes

Went to McDonakds Upper Valley. No line quickly placed order. Got to window paid. Pulled up to food window and was asked to move up as they were waiting on fries to come up. 5 minutes later the girl nrpught the food out and pulled to light. My grandson said these are cold and the whole order was. So i pulled around and went inside. Was inside a good 2 minutes af counter before what i assume is manager manage to look away from her phone to see me at counter. Did acknowledge me looked ay girl at drive thru told her to get me. Ahe put her phone down and came over. Told her i dont mind pulling forward but i had issue with cold.food that i was supposedly waiting for to come out of fryer. She took order replaced fries but the food was just grossed. Even my grandson wouldnt eat.it. i sure hope moving forward they do better. I know i wont be back my money is important to me to give it to non caring business.

I had a really great experience this morning. The two people at the window were both very kind. The guy explained to me they had ran out of pumpkin flavor for my iced coffee. The two at the window gave me other options. They both had a positive attitude and really good vibes. Even though I didn’t get what I ordered I left just as happy because of their positive attitudes. They were extremely nice, extremely friendly and I really did have a great interaction this morning. I wish I had got their names so I could put it on here. All I can tell you is I went through the drive-through about 7:05 AM this morning. These two definitely deserve praise. If you can’t give them a raise, at least give them extra food lol

I'm really surprised at the low ratings many give this location. I've been there many times, and my experiences have been really good. That said, nearly all my interactions here have been drivethrough pre-ordered on the app. For that, they've done really well. Waaaaay better than Derr Road.

EVERY time I go to this location, the employees are about the rudest people imaginable. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in the store (managers included) and if you have to order at the counter and not the kiosk... good luck. They take 5 to 10 minutes to come take your order. Had a girl just walk up and stand there. Didn't ask if I was ready. Just stood there silently staring at the screen so I had to ask her if SHE was ready in which I got a "yup" response. The gentleman a head of me said that he just wanted a sweet tea and she handed him a cup and didn't charge him and then I of course had to pay for mine and my kids fountain drinks. All the employees are constantly on their phones. Tables are dirty. Staff is yelling at each other (playfully) in the back but using language that just shouldn't be allowed. Especially in a place that consistently has children. Just sad because you feel like YOU'RE bothering the staff by just being a customer. I worked at McDonald's several times (fairborn locations) and management would have been on our necks for acting the way this staff has for years at this point. Not customer friendly, or fast. Store manager or owner even made a Facebook post on a Food Fiends page discussing a particular issues happening in the store and I expressed this same concern months ago. My comment got deleted after she said that she took measures to ensure the staff was better. But genuinely just the same. I get the majority of the staff are young. But when even the person running the store at the time isn't customer friendly either... that's sad. This location is typically my goto because my youngest has autism and it's typically more quiet and calm (no customers on the inside) for him. So we keep going back for that reason. Just wish the staff was more friendly. Especially kid friendly.
