These breakfast sandwiches are the very worst. I am equally hateful that McD's stops breakfast at 10:25. I love my wife so I would never complain to her but honestly - this company should not do sandwiches if this is the best they can do. I would pay twice as much to get something that could be considered bad - meaning these sandwiches have a long way to go to be something I am ok swallowing. Service was friendly and these sandwiches were not their fault. This was to go order...so you can't really judge the inside. But wow....why eat breakfast if you have to choose Dunkin?

I went to this location this morning around 6:45am. They weren't that busy. 3 cars in front of me. While I was ordering, 1 car pulled up behind me. Maybe 2-3 cars in the parking lot. Anywho, I am placing my order and I noticed my order was incorrect on the screen so I said something about it. Some woman comes through the speaker, different from the one I was placing my order with and she says in a very rude tone "She's learning, give her a minute". Okay, um, how was I supposed to know that? So I go over my order with the new girl 2 more times. I realize on the way up to the window I forgot to order a black coffee. So when I get to the window, before she takes my money, I say "I"m sorry but I forgot to add a medium black coffee." The woman who I am assuming is the one training the other girl and also probably the rude person that came over the speaker, says "I can't take add orders at my window. You're going to have to pull back through the line and re order it" and I said "for just a plain black coffee?" and she said as rude as possible "I can't take add on orders at my window b/c there are people in my line behind you" (2 cars at this point). So I said okay whatever and hand her my cash. She hand's me my bag of food and then my first coffee. I asked for a drink carrier. While she was getting that, I checked the lid on the coffee she handed me to make sure it was secure. She hands me the drink carrier with the other coffee in it, so I put the other coffee in it and set it on my seat. She hands me my change, doesn't say anything else and shuts the window. No have a good day, thank you, NOTHING!! RUDE!!!! So I pull away and the minute I pull onto the street, the lid of the coffee she put in it comes right off and the whole coffee dumps into my seat while I'm driving. I ordered a large black coffee, a large iced coffee, 1everything bagel with CC and 1 regular bagel with CC on the side. What I got was 2 hot coffees, 1 burnt everything bagel with no CC and 1 plain bagel with CC on the side. I can handle orders being wrong. NO one is perfect. What I can't handle is someone being rude for absolutely NO REASON. And, I sort of feel like she left that lid unsecure on purpose b/c I got rude back with her about the add on black coffee. She was rude first so I absolutely gave her attitute back. I do not complain. But she deserves it. The most unfriendly rude service I have ever had. I didn't get her name. It was dark b/c it was early so I didn't get a good look at her. But she had glasses, snaggle tooth, bitter looking face and possibly light brown hair.

Dunkin' Donuts' "Free Coffee & Tea Reward" is a masterclass in deception. As a loyal matcha customer, I'm livid. The fine print states "choose from Hot or Iced Coffee or Tea", but it's a clever ruse. The only viable option is hot coffee. Matcha lattes, my go-to, are conspicuously excluded. When I asked staff about tea options, they bluntly stated "just hot coffee". Kudos for honesty, I suppose? This reward is a shameless attempt to upsell coffee, not reward loyalty. Dunkin', you're better than this. Fix the program, or risk alienating customers. 👎

Disorganized and unhygienic.
I placed my order for a specific time, 8:30, and arrived a minute early. I stood around waiting for my order for 9 minutes before they realized the food was already made and just hadn't been placed on the shelf.
While I was waiting, the woman making the food was seen wearing gloves, but didn't change out her gloves when she went to the back and handled a duster, even going as far as holding the actual feathers of the thing, before going back and making food WITHOUT changing gloves. Gross.
Dont go here, they don't understand what they're doing nor do they comply with very basic hygiene requirements.
