To me it’s one of the best. Coming back home to Springfield. I thought it would remind me of the way it tasted in Columbus… Oh my, it just gets worse and worse. This evening I tried it again for the last time. I pulled up to the window and noticed no one came to the window at all! I honked my horn loudly several times. I banged on the window and yelled hello but nobody came. Not even to say ma’am we will be with you in a minute. The place was empty. No customers anywhere. I had to pul the car over and come in. The worst customer service ever had. I think that’s why it scores so low on Yelp!
