  It’s a national chain, so you know what to expect. The food is higher-quality than average but it is overpriced for what you get. The service here is better than the Bechtle location, and they don’t constantly run out of options like that other one. It’s a healthy fast-food option that’s good to try once a month, especially if you just need something right off of the freeway.

  Best chipotle in the area. They get really busy, so be prepared for a wait sometimes. One negative is sometimes the app isn't correct with online ordering. I placed an order, it said it was ready, headed to the window and waited behind other cars for 30 mins. Finally went inside (still hadn't made it to the window) to get a refund because I assumed it would be cold and gross by then. They offered to remake it. I checked the temp before agreeing (didn't want them to go through the trouble if it was still fine) and it was still warm and totally fine. No way it had been sitting made for 30 mins so there has to be some discrepancy between the app and restaurant. Staff were so kind and I feel bad that I bothered them lol. Food was great as always :)

  There’s a big white chubby kid that made my burrito and what crazy is he forcefully corrected another associate because the associate was confused about what is mild hot and tomatoes and then forcefully try to make my burrito. I didn’t even eat the burrito after I bought it. I’m just gonna say I see racism at this place and this is one chipotle I will not be coming back to. I don’t even know the kids name but I will tell you this kid gotta go. He’s a Caucasian, big white male with a ponytail and wear his glasses. He’s in the line to make burritos. He needs to go mop a floor straight up.

  I received a phone call from my college student daughter that an amount of $46 was charged to her card unintentionally. She caught this only after the transaction went through. Upon further review of the incident, the cashier determined that she was charged for the previous patron’s order. However, when she attempted to resolve this with the store manager, she was only credited $33 by the manager who shared that was all they could do. Our daughter called us all upset. She hates confrontation and it’s hard not to believe others didn’t take advantage of the situation. This is deeply disappointing.

  People mostly customers are rude as hell shoving there phones in employees faces and throwing things at them and everything. Posting reviews about them on here like there better than everyone. Yall don't understand what the employees go through. I come here almost daily and see what they have to go through and everything everyone there needs a raise or something they try there best and no one sees that yes they may be backed up and everything but from what I heard people like to order everything at once and door dashers come super early and demand the food right then an there when its not do until 20 mins later like come on gi e them a break for once guys. Yall are doing great besides the morning crew I will never go in the morning again
